About The Position

As an Assembler, you'll be part of a team that takes pride in building world-class plasma cutting systems and subassemblies. Using standard processes, documentation, tools, and technology, you will assemble high-quality products that help our customers succeed every day. Our associates carefully craft each system with attention to detail, safety, and quality, ensuring it meets customer expectations before being shipped around the globe. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions and standard work documents
  • Ability to work independently alongside team members to build sub-assemblies and finished goods
  • Independently troubleshoot errors or failures
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Attention to detail
  • Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture
