About The Position

Trillium Flow Technologies, founded on a legacy of premier products and service, provides mission-critical valves, pumps, and aftermarket services in oil and gas, power generation, water and wastewater, and general industry, with an unparalleled focus on specific industry needs. Assemblers are responsible for the assembly and testing of actuators by following safety procedures, reading and completing quality documentation, and by following engineering drawings and completing testing procedures. A strong mechanical aptitude is necessary to be successful. This position works in a manufacturing environment and provides and provides hands on support to the Operations Department to meet production needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required
  • 3-5 years related experience for a Manufacturing Company
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills required
  • The ability to complete quality documentation
  • Must be able to move about the plant and interface with both office and factory personnel
  • Must be able to work on site at the McKeesport, PA facility

Nice To Haves

  • AS/BA or Related Degree or Trade School Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Possess necessary computer skills including MRP/ERP SYSTEM, Outlook email
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills and incorporate the use of new equipment
  • Read/understand blueprints, specifications or other design documents
  • Adhere to all Company EHS, Quality, and HR policies and procedures
  • Clean products, including removal of coatings, corrosion, or dirt using approved cleaning materials
  • Bending Tubing per design during the assembly of actuators
  • Setup actuators for testing. Including any necessary wiring and pneumatic connections as necessary.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area
  • Operate company vehicles, fork trucks, cranes, and lifting equipment as required
  • Participate in process improvement and problem-solving initiatives
  • Operate hand tools as needed to perform deburring and grinding tasks
  • Perform general labour work
  • Ability verify operation of and troubleshoot actuators during assembly and testing
