Requirements
- Previous assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in HVAC or related industry.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.

- Ensure quality control throughout the assembly process.
