On a production basis, performs precision mechanical assembly work, which is typically of high complexity and/or requires fitting, alignment, and the adjustment of components, units, and assemblies to very close tolerances. Performs integrated next-level assembly work on machined/fabricated aerospace parts at a floor station. Assembles fabricated parts at a floor station using and or performing: Riveting, Cold Working, Nut Plates, Bearings, Bushings, Cold Bonding, Fabricating and installing Shims, Sealing, Bucking/Squeezing Rivets and Grounding Blocks for integrated next-level assemblies. Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Ensures conformance to established procedures and quality level of Arden Engineering’s Quality Policy and conformance to Customer Engineering and Specifications. Ensures safe work habits and environment.
