About The Position

Assemble products and components according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications. Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently. Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or production issues to supervisors. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet production goals. Meet daily production targets while maintaining accuracy and quality. Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
1+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions or blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong work ethic and reliability
Drug screen and background required
