Assembles electronic components, subassemblies, or systems by following work orders and production drawings, ensuring quality, precision, and compliance with safety standards. This role involves reading work orders, following production drawings, assembling and securing parts using hand tools and fixtures, and performing intermediate tasks such as potting, sanding, or color coding. The assembler will also inspect parts using basic testing methods, handle and install finished assemblies into enclosures, and uphold the company's standards of integrity, quality, and operational excellence. A key aspect of this role is identifying workplace hazards and reporting them, collaborating with the EHS department to meet regulatory requirements, and working with the Quality department to ensure compliance with AS9100 certification standards. The position requires adherence to all company policies and procedures, and the performance of other duties as assigned.
