About The Position

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our snack tray assembly team. This position is responsible for assembling snack trays according to company standards, ensuring accuracy of ingredients, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Tyson Foods creates quality products in a safe environment for our team members and offers advancement opportunities and steady work. This facility operates five to six days a week and produces items like Hillshire Snack packs, Jimmy Dean Breakfast bowls, and Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwiches.

Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
Must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be willing and able to stand for extended periods up to 10 hours
Must be willing and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Must be willing and able to work in cold temperatures ranging from 20 to 36 degrees.

Responsibilities

Assemble snack trays following established recipes and portion guidelines.
Inspect trays to confirm all required components are present and properly arranged.
Add any missing items to ensure product meets quality and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Report any product or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
Assist with other production tasks as needed.
