Requirements

• A vocational diploma in electrical engineering or automated systems electromechanics.
• Excellent manual dexterity.
• Experience in the field.
• A good ability to understand electrical plans.
• Be responsible, independent, and a good team player.

Nice To Haves

• Good knowledge of electrical products is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting assembly drawings
• Performing complex mechanical assemblies
• Wiring electrical circuits
• Preparing parts before assembly
• Using the right tools safely and efficiently
• Delivering a flawless, functional assembly on time and in accordance with Franklin Empire standards
• Improve a process or anticipate a problem
• Participate in dismantling old assemblies, identifying reusable parts, and helping to optimize operations
• Work hand in hand with the design, production, and quality control teams
• Communicate clearly, raise issues quickly, and get things done
• Ensure that every product delivered complies with plans, technical requirements, and Franklin Empire's reputation for quality
