Position Summary: The Assembler is responsible for building and assembling commercial HVAC units and components according to specifications and quality standards. This role involves reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and following established procedures to ensure accurate and efficient assembly. The Assembler works closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. 1st shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm, M - Th; 6:00 am - 12:00 pm, F 2nd shift: 2:00 pm - 1:30 am, M - Th Currently located in Maple Grove, but this role will be moving to Dayton in Summer 2026.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools

Responsibilities

  • Assemble HVAC units and components according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to perform precise assembly tasks.
  • Inspect parts and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Report any defects, shortages, or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues as needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
