Requirements

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience is a plus.
Basic problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and technology.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
Positive attitude and commitment to safety.
Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
Ability to safely perform warehouse and assembly-related tasks.

Responsibilities

Assemble and fabricate products using assembly instructions, blueprints, parts lists, and specifications.
Gather parts, materials, tools, and subassemblies needed to complete work orders.
Position and assemble components using measurements, templates, and technical documentation.
Verify proper fit and function of assembled products.
Perform quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet company standards.
Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
Pick, pack, check, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Support team objectives and assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
