Working with blueprints, assembly drawings, specifications, sketches, and verbal and written instructions, this role assembles, disassembles, repairs, and adjusts a variety of units, attachments, components, and/or accessories. The position reports directly to the Production Supervisor or their designate. Key Result Areas include quality, production efficiency, safety, housekeeping, continuous improvement, and professional development. The role may require operating material handling equipment, using measuring tools, and providing instruction and guidance to other employees. Safety is paramount, requiring adherence to policies, wearing safety equipment, and maintaining a clean work area. The position also involves contributing to continuous improvement suggestions and demonstrating initiative and a positive attitude for professional growth within the company.
