Requirements

Strong communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Good hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity and proven proficiency and skill in operating a variety of equipment for use of basic hand tools, tape measures, blueprints, schematics, etc.
Ability to complete tasks efficiently and within constraints while adhering to all company procedures and safety guidelines
Ability to multi-task and handle competing responsibilities
Understands sense of urgency and can meet deadlines while adhering to quality standards
Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

Function as part of an operations team focused on pick and pack as well as the assembly of electromechanical devices.
Work in a fast-paced environment working independently with minimal instruction after training period.
Pulls and packs or repacks product based on daily orders.
Completes customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Keeps materials and products separated and organized.
Monitors product quality and reports quality issues.
Operates various assembly equipment (i.e. solder or potting equipment).
Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Follows good operations practices and required work safe practices.
Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
Able to work within constraints according to standard assembly cycle times.
Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality with the ability to work overtime as required with reasonable advanced notification.
