The ability to assemble products to complete our Concrete Mixer trucks using hand and power tools, provide department support outside of your immediate area, comply with safety practices and attend work regularly. Requirements

  • Must be able to use shop math.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Requires a mechanical aptitude and ability to learn how to use tools and operate equipment.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Ability to read materials and possible engineering drawings
  • Proficiency with math, reading and writing
  • Excellent problem solving skills, judgment and decision making skills
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects at one time
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance

Nice To Haves

  • Technical school is desirable.
  • No experience necessary but 1-3 years work experience with assembly experience in a heavy equipment environment is desired.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assemble factory and vendor parts to complete machines.
  • Perform other related duties as directed that correspond to the overall function of this position.
