About The Position

NuAire, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join its manufacturing team. The role involves mechanical and electrical assembly of standard and custom products using hand tools, power tools, wiring components, and assembly drawings. The ideal candidate has manufacturing or production assembly experience and can work independently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with both mechanical and electrical assembly.
Electrical wiring and connection experience.
Custom product assembly experience.
Manufacturing or industrial production experience.
Quality inspection and troubleshooting skills.
Lean manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to specifications and work instructions.
Perform complete product assembly from start to finish.
Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
Install, route, and connect wiring and electrical components.
Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and tape measures accurately.
Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
