Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one (1) year of light assembly experience.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working around loud machinery and performing repetitive motions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using pleater machines, glue dispensers, ovens, and basic hand tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attendance and punctuality record.
• Adaptability in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and instructions, including familiarity with Oracle ERP.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and identify required materials for each job.
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Trim pleat packs and operate glue dispensers as needed.
• Seam pleat packs using one‑part epoxy and operate ovens.
• Operate pleat compactor machines to compact pleat packs when required.
• Inspect work for quality, initial and date Shop Tags.
• Segregate nonconforming material and notify supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Comply with all EHS and PPE policies and procedures.
• Support other production areas as needed.
