Requirements
- Proven experience in an assembly line environment.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with factory operations and manufacturing processes.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and assembly tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Attention to detail for quality assurance in assembly work.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory or warehouse.
- Assist in the fabrication of components as needed.
- Operate forklifts for material handling (if certified).
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
