About The Position

Campbell Manufacturing LLC is seeking a Production Assembler to join their Assembly Department. This full-time role is crucial in producing high-quality water system products that serve customers across North America. The Production Assembler will be responsible for assembling, packaging, inspecting, and reconditioning a variety of water system products, ensuring quality and efficiency in a safe manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to visually inspect products and components, including close vision and depth perception.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience.
  • Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment.
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.
  • Position and fasten parts using hand tools and assembly equipment.
  • Operate assembly equipment, including arbor presses and other production machinery.
  • Package finished products using bagging and packaging equipment.
  • Rotate between workstations and product lines as production needs require.
  • Maintain accurate production counts and work records.
  • Inspect returned products for condition and suitability for repair or reconditioning.
  • Perform repairs and rework as needed.
  • Prepare reconditioned products for inventory or customer return.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Practice safe work habits and proper equipment operation at all times.
