Requirements
- Sit or stand for up to 10 hours a day
- Walk distances across our production area
- Perform frequent, repetitive elbow movements
- Reach, grasp, grip, and provide fine manipulation with hands
- Work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlines
Nice To Haves
- Soldering experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Following assembly procedures in accordance to specifications and by using hand and power tools and test equipment.
- Removing small quantities of metal to clean parts or achieve a precise fit between components.
- Drilling, tapping, or reaming holes as necessary.
- Aligning various components and securing them together using bolts, screws, or rivets.
- Setting up, assembling, repairing, testing, and packaging final and sub-assemblies.
- Maintaining the required work quality and output at all workstations and assembly lines, while adhering to established requirements.
- Operating test equipment to ensure that the product meets all necessary specifications.
- Promptly documenting and reporting any discrepancies.
- Maintaining and reporting inventory accuracy.
- Performing housekeeping and organization duties in the department and work area, which could include sweeping the area, disposing of trash, and performing minor maintenance on certain pieces of equipment.
- Additional duties may be assigned, or responsibilities may change over time.
