Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
Ability to learn assembly processes, tools, and equipment through training.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to read and follow basic work instructions and assembly diagrams.
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools or willing to learn.
Dependable team player with a strong safety mindset.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or hands-on work experience is a plus, but not required.
Basic computer skills are helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical and electrical assembly operations while following established work instructions and quality standards.
Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products according to specifications and production requirements.
Receive and organize materials needed for assigned production work.
Follow assembly and testing procedures, including color coding, PVC thermal welding, thread taping, and other standard manufacturing processes.
Assemble standard products using defined processes and procedures.
Safely use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, jigs, and basic production equipment.
Read and follow simple assembly diagrams, visual instructions, and work orders.
Complete required production paperwork and documentation accurately.
Enter production information into company systems, as required.
Inspect completed work and participate in product testing to help ensure quality standards are met.
Support housekeeping and 5S activities to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe operating condition.
