Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn assembly processes, tools, and equipment through training.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to read and follow basic work instructions and assembly diagrams.
  • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools or willing to learn.
  • Dependable team player with a strong safety mindset.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or hands-on work experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Basic computer skills are helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical and electrical assembly operations while following established work instructions and quality standards.
  • Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products according to specifications and production requirements.
  • Receive and organize materials needed for assigned production work.
  • Follow assembly and testing procedures, including color coding, PVC thermal welding, thread taping, and other standard manufacturing processes.
  • Assemble standard products using defined processes and procedures.
  • Safely use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, jigs, and basic production equipment.
  • Read and follow simple assembly diagrams, visual instructions, and work orders.
  • Complete required production paperwork and documentation accurately.
  • Enter production information into company systems, as required.
  • Inspect completed work and participate in product testing to help ensure quality standards are met.
  • Support housekeeping and 5S activities to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe operating condition.
