About The Position

The Assembler 1 is responsible for loading, operating, and unloading packaging equipment. This role involves building kits and packages according to SWS sheets, operating RF sealers, and verifying the correct sealing of kits and packages. The Assembler 1 will also be responsible for verifying production quantities, ensuring stock tickets are completed correctly, and accurately completing scrap tickets and daily production sheets. Maintaining production pace and standards, adhering to all safety requirements, and practicing 5Ss are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

• Understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Able to count and compare numbers
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Build kits and packages per SWS sheet
• Operate RF sealer per SWS sheet
• Verify kits and packages are sealed correctly
• Verify production quantities manually and with a scale
• Verify stock ticket is completed correctly
• Accurately complete scrap tickets
• Accurately complete daily production sheet
• Accurately update hourly goal board
• Maintain production pace and standards
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area
• Practice 5Ss
