About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated experienced Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong background in electro-mechanical assembly and a keen attention to detail. This role requires expertise in assembling and troubleshooting electro-mechanical components and systems while working independently to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in electro-mechanical assembly or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or training in electro-mechanical systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly.
  • Familiarity with tools and equipment used in assembly, such as multimeters, torque wrenches, and crimpers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues independently.
  • Computer skills and proficiency in the English language are required.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test electro-mechanical systems, subassemblies, and components per technical specifications and engineering drawings.
  • Perform the assembly of subassemblies or sales products.
  • Conduct functional tests on assembled products to ensure performance meets quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Perform worker self-control and execute dedicated quality control procedures and steps as needed.
  • Identify and report any design, assembly, or quality issues to the engineering or quality team.
  • Inspect and test assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Perform calibration of tools, including battery guns, hydraulic tools, pneumatic guns, and electrical tools.
  • Print and issue calibration certificates as required.
  • Document assembly processes, test results, and any modifications made during assembly.
  • Book orders accurately and ensure proper documentation of all completed tasks.
  • Perform wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly tasks with precision.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to execute assembly processes accurately.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment effectively and safely.
  • Package completed tools and products in boxes or bins for transportation.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and resolve issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S, safety standards, and line clearance.
  • Work with and perform inventory control duties and material handling tasks. (As required).
