Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Must possess basic math skills and ability to accurately read a tape measure.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, decimal equivalents, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret the English language.
Associates must have the ability to communicate internally and externally effectively and efficiently.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Practical problem solving, think analytically and work under pressure
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or work order form.
Frequent manual and finger dexterity required by the daily use of hand tools.
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to bend, stretch, twist, reach, crouch, or kneel.
Capable of lifting 50 pounds regularly.
Must have active driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Prefer three (3) years of assembly/installation experience on Rogers Group product line.
Manufacturing Pre-Employment Training Certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

Simple and complex assembly of parts according to the work order, prints, and knowledge of the unit being assembled.
Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
Operates hand drills, tools, and rivet machines to assist in assembly operations.
Records all labor and downtime, documenting all information pertaining to each work order and routing.
Maintain all company safety regulations to provide a clean, accident free, and healthy work environment.
Assures that the proper fit, function, and appearance are at, or exceed quality standards.
Confers with Manager, Team and Crew Leaders on any problems regarding safety, quality, production or inventory.
Requirement: available to travel to installation locations throughout the US at any time necessary to meet customer demands.
Must complete certification criteria for TSI, Rogers Athletic and StageRight installation.
Willing and able to work on production floor when not traveling
Additional duties may be assigned on an as required basis.
