About The Position

We are looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Assemblers. This role involves assembling mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic components, following diagrams and work instructions to ensure high-quality production. You will also be responsible for inspecting completed work, performing teardown and reassembly of components, and maintaining inventory records using computer systems. Safely moving materials with cranes, hoists, and lift trucks is also part of the job.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of stable work history with one employer
• At least 3 months of assembly or manufacturing experience
• Strong attendance and punctuality — reliable presence is essential to meeting production goals and supporting the team
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic components using hand and power tools
• Follow diagrams and detailed work instructions to produce high-quality assemblies
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
• Perform teardown, cleaning, repair, and reassembly of components as needed
• Use computer systems to maintain inventory records
• Safely move materials using cranes, hoists, and lift trucks
