About The Position

To assemble quality medical devices. This role involves performing manual assembly processes according to procedures and upholding SPG and Dupont vision and core values. The assembler will also perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or its equivalent and passing basic skills test
• Ability to problem solve identify errors, deviations from procedures, and defective parts.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity
• Ability to comprehend and comply with company safety and quality standards
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Responsible for understanding and complying with all SPG and Dupont safety policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• May be required to complete formal training and certification in area of specialty
• Experience working in manufacturing
