About The Position

We are seeking an Assembler to join our manufacturing team and build high-quality products according to engineering specifications and production standards. This hands-on role is responsible for assembling components, operating hand tools and assembly equipment, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production setting.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency using hand tools and assembly equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Good verbal communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and manufacturing procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products and components according to specifications, work instructions, and production schedules.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly schematics.
  • Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify and report defects, discrepancies, or production issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety procedures.
  • Follow established manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and deadlines.
  • Perform additional assembly and production-related duties as assigned.
