Accratronics is seeking a day shift Entry-Level Assembler to join the site Operations Team in our Assembly departments. This position will report to the site’s Director of Operations or Glass Seal & Potting Manager and will be located in Burbank, CA.

Requirements

0 - 2 years experience in deburring, potting, or aerospace machining setting.
Minimum High school education or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
High level of attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
Ability to communicate with others effectively in both written and verbal fashion.

Nice To Haves

Machinist trade certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Complete various adhesive potting applications
Examine surfaces in order to find defects.
Remove defects and smooth uneven surfaces
Deburring, cleaning and removing sharp edges on product parts
Work with HAAS machines to grind surface imperfections of parts
Deburring, cleaning and removing sharp edges on product parts
Work alongside floor supervisors and leads to adhere to production schedules on parts
Work alongside quality control personnel, concerning parts or jobs being worked on to maintain the highest quality assurance possible.
Train under department Lead to learn assembly functions
