About The Position

You will join the team to build and test small, highly complex mechanical components that support high-performance applications. Your work directly impacts product quality and reliability for the organization’s precision products. This is an onsite role in Elyria, OH with shift options (6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM).

Requirements

High school diploma or GED (required prior to interview)
Minimum 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience or formal mechanical training
Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
Experience using hand tools and measuring devices
Basic computer proficiency
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Reliable transportation and ability to commute within 30 minutes

Nice To Haves

2+ years of mechanical or precision assembly experience
Experience with small, intricate assemblies (e.g., pumps, motors, electrical components)
Soldering experience
Automotive mechanical experience

Responsibilities

Assemble small, complex mechanical and electromechanical components
Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment to build assemblies
Inspect and test assemblies to meet quality and tolerance standards
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members in a close, cell-based setting
