The Inspector Specialist position requires performing final inspection on complex assemblies and detail parts to ensure compliance with applicable drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements. This role involves using advanced measuring instruments such as CMM, borescope, and surface finisher, and requires proficiency in software like Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PDF. The specialist will also perform other assigned duties, help audit production processes, assist in root cause analysis for quality issues, and train and mentor employees as needed.

Requirements

Must be a US Citizen or a Permanent resident per ITAR (i.e., ‘Green Card’) (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) guidelines
This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or a foreign person per ITAR
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
6+ years of experience required
This position is 100% onsite
Must be proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, PDF, etc.

Responsibilities

Perform final inspection on complex assemblies/detail parts for compliance to applicable drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements
Use advanced measuring instruments such as CMM, borescope, surface finisher etc.
Perform other duties as assigned
Help audit production processes
Help perform root cause analysis for quality issues
Train and mentor employees as needed
