About The Position

Assemble and solder actuator parts for aerospace products. This role requires a commitment to customer and business focus, including quality of work, attendance, and productivity. Overtime may be required. Adherence to company policies such as safety, respect for others, integrity, and workplace rules is expected. Willingness to attend additional training, either on-the-job or off-site, is also required for personal development.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Two (2) years prior experience in Production and/or Manufacturing.
Blueprint and work instruction reading experience required.
Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs.
Ability to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.

Nice To Haves

J-STD certification is a plus.
Experience in the Manufacturing of Aircraft Instruments or Electronics desired.

Responsibilities

Assembly of actuator parts for aerospace products.
Soldering of actuator parts for aerospace products.
Inspection of assembled and soldered parts.
Packaging of finished products.
Participation in process improvements.
Training of other team members.
Performing soldering on boards.
Learning to use bench top equipment, test equipment, hand tools, and computers.
Assembling small mechanical products including springs, gears, and mechanical subassemblies.
Assembling and testing electro and electro-mechanical products.
