Assembler/Packer - Cabinet Line 2
About The Position
Performs repetitive assembly of products, parts, or materials using hand tools, small powered tools, fixtures, adhesives, and fasteners, following specific standards and working safely and efficiently to meet production standards and schedules. The role is responsible for meeting safety, quality, and productivity expectations and preparing products for shipping. Under direct supervision, operates equipment and performs production tasks assigned by the Team Leader. Works from production schedules or as directed by the Team Leader. Notifies the Team Leader of safety issues that need correction before operations are performed and notifies the Team Leader or Quality Assurance Inspector about quality or mechanical problems. The Team Leader and/or Assembler/Packer II may make minor repairs and equipment adjustments as needed. Certifies completion of Quality Assurance processes using a Quality Stamp.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or related environment.
- Ability to use measuring devices as required for product inspection.
- Availability and willingness to work extended hours and/or weekends as production demand dictates.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, carry, stoop, and crouch.

- Work from production schedules or as directed by the Team Leader.
