About The Position

As an Assembler here at Intelligrated, you will play a crucial role in assembling components and products that meet our high-quality standards, contributing directly to the manufacturing process and overall product excellence. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Danville, KY location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that assembled products meet specifications and are delivered on time to support customer satisfaction and business goals.

Requirements

• Experience in assembly or manufacturing roles with a strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and assembly diagrams accurately.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and basic measuring instruments to assemble and verify components.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment to maintain a safe workplace.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and follow established procedures.
• Basic problem-solving skills to identify and address minor assembly issues.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and blueprints to meet quality and production standards.
• Inspect assembled products for defects and report any issues to supervisors for corrective action.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency in the production environment.
