About The Position

We are an Inclusive Company, and we are hiring for multiple assembly positions. We hire employees for every step of the manufacturing process. We don't expect applicants to have specific knowledge of our industry, so we train everyone from the ground up. Positions can include assembling small parts, simple soldering, production, and packaging. We work in small groups, with a strong focus on safety. The ability to follow directions and procedures is a must. Our company offers a regular 40 hour work schedule, with no 2nd or 3rd shift work and a highly competitive benefits package. Requirements

• Clean Background Check: Federal law prohibits us from hiring anyone with any felony convictions, no matter how long ago it occurred
• Pass a Drug Screen: You must be able to pass a drug screen
• Reliability: You need to have reliable transportation, and show up ready to work
• Willingness to learn: We'll teach you how to do the job safely and correctly, and look for progress while you work up to full production goals
• US citizen or a permanent resident with a Green Card
