Requirements

3+ years experience in Assembly, Precision Manufacturing
Furnace brazing experience preferred
Comfortable working under a microscope with small, delicate and tight tolerance components
Proficient with hand tools, gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools
Read and interpret detailed work instructions, specifications, technical prints and engineering Drawings
Eagerness to learn new techniques and take on a variety of product builds
This position requires potential access to technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a “U.S. Person” as defined under ITAR and EAR. In order to be a U.S. Person for ITAR and EAR purposes, you must (i) be a citizen or national of the United States; or (ii) be a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or (iii) a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

Responsibilities

Perform assembly and brazing operations on small, tight tolerance components
Work under a microscope to assemble and inspect miniature parts
Use a wide range of hand tools and precision measuring tools with confidence and accuracy
Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and specifications
Maintain a strong sense of urgency while meeting quality and production goals
Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement efforts
Learn and master new assembly processes as product lines evolve
Ensure all work meets strict quality standards and safety requirements
Perform other duties as needed and assigned
