Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Assembly, Precision Manufacturing
  • Furnace brazing experience preferred
  • Comfortable working under a microscope with small, delicate and tight tolerance components
  • Proficient with hand tools, gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools
  • Read and interpret detailed work instructions, specifications, technical prints and engineering Drawings
  • Eagerness to learn new techniques and take on a variety of product builds
  • This position requires potential access to technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a “U.S. Person” as defined under ITAR and EAR. In order to be a U.S. Person for ITAR and EAR purposes, you must (i) be a citizen or national of the United States; or (ii) be a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or (iii) a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly and brazing operations on small, tight tolerance components
  • Work under a microscope to assemble and inspect miniature parts
  • Use a wide range of hand tools and precision measuring tools with confidence and accuracy
  • Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and specifications
  • Maintain a strong sense of urgency while meeting quality and production goals
  • Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Learn and master new assembly processes as product lines evolve
  • Ensure all work meets strict quality standards and safety requirements
  • Perform other duties as needed and assigned
