This role involves assembling, installing, testing, inspecting, and reworking electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products. The Assembler II will follow work instructions, test procedures, and quality documentation to accurately complete production tasks, meeting production schedules, build rates, and cycle time requirements. The position requires monitoring inventory needs, communicating material shortages, and using computers and manufacturing systems for documentation and transactions. Team collaboration, participation in achieving performance goals and KPIs, and maintaining accurate records are essential. The role also includes performing 6S activities, supporting continuous improvement, safety initiatives, and operational excellence. Packaging products and preparing shipments according to specifications are also key responsibilities, along with taking ownership of work preparation, equipment setup, cleanup, and the quality of finished products. A positive and respectful workplace culture is expected, along with performing other duties as assigned.
