About The Position

Position parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints, or work instructions. Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners. Operates drill presses, punch presses, or riveting machines to assist in assembly operation. Visually inspects all assembled parts at completion of operation. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow personal protective equipment procedures. Work in a non-temperature controlled environment Manual lifting up to 70lbs Standing for entire shift

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in reading schedules, work instructions, and BOMs.
• Experience with wiring diagrams and soldering
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
