This position will be based out of our Oakwood Village Plant in Ohio. The Assembly Technician II will work on a variety of radiation detector assemblies for both government and commercial customers.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1 year experience in a manufacturing setting
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, and other manufacturing documentation
Demonstrate proper use of simple hand/machine tools, electronic/manual test equipment and mechanical measuring devices
Proficient in the use of a personal computer to retrieve technical drawings, documents, and instruction

Nice To Haves

2-3 years experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field

Responsibilities

Set up appropriate equipment, tools, jigs using established procedures, and knowledge of the assigned technology, systems, and components, and resolve any issues outside desired results
Daily production work assembling a variety of small radiation detectors
Understanding and maintaining critical work cell Operations metrics
Basic inventory management, such as pulling parts lists and providing inventory reports
Managing inventory and documentation for assembly needs
