Responsible for final circuit board preparation and coating process. This role involves performing final assembly requirements on customer products, installing various hardware, adhesives, and other items per manufacturing instructions. The Team Member will follow requirements for setup, first piece inspection, and in-process audits, demonstrating proper handling precautions when working with process chemicals and materials. Responsibilities include prepping and unprepping basic components, identifying and marking storage containers for RTVs/conformal coatings, and reviewing shelf life and pot life requirements. The role also requires operating and verifying torque wrenches, following labeling and stamping requirements, and adhering to procedures for masking materials. Additionally, the Assembler II will de-panel boards, demonstrate proper techniques for dispensing adhesives, and follow customer coating requirements for inspections and touch-ups. Safety is a core responsibility, requiring adherence to all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and established procedures, including wearing required PPE and reporting unsafe conditions. This position requires use of information subject to ITAR, and all applicants must be U.S. persons.
