Assembler I- 1st Shift
About The Position
We are seeking an Assembler I for our 1st Shift at our Memphis, TN facility. This role is responsible for the day-to-day production and packaging of components used in our medical devices. You will be working in a clean room manufacturing environment and will be part of a dedicated, experienced, and high-performing team. Requirements
- No prior experience; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Ability to read and write in English in order to understand work instructions, safety protocols, and communicate effectively within the team.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing
- Previous experience with assembly work
- Experience working in medical device manufacturing
- Background in automotive manufacturing or related industries
- Strong mathematical skills for measurement and quality checks
- Excellent hand dexterity for detailed assembly tasks
- Willingness and flexibility to support different production areas as needed
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.
- Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions.
- Sets initial layouts, and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s).
- Make continuity checks on work in process and completed.
- May conduct quality inspections on processing lines in accordance with quality specifications.
- May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
- Operate microscopes as needed.
