About The Position

Under moderate supervision, the Assembler I will assemble products for distribution in accordance with workmanship standards and customer specifications. This role involves operating and maintaining assembly stations, using hand tools and power tools, and performing basic, standardized assembly operations following detailed instructions. The position also requires maintaining a clean work environment and performing other assigned job-related duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma in related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0-1 years of experience in related field.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawing, blueprints and diagrams.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to all Safety Policies and Procedures.
  • Ability to understand Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Ability to understand and follow Work Instructions (WI).
  • Ability to understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Experience with a wide variety of hand tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others, build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to accomplish business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to assume personal accountability, address limitations, exhibits honesty and respect towards others, the company and oneself.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve and actively contribute as an active team member on the immediate team and the larger organization. Ability to support the team effort without necessarily taking the lead.

Responsibilities

  • Operates and maintains stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, or units according to specifications and follows established manufacturing procedures.
  • Assemble battery packs using Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Uses hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units.
  • Perform basic, standardized, and repetitive assembly operations by following detailed written or verbal instructions.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.
