About The Position

In this hands-on role, you will assemble precision components and products used in aerospace applications, where quality, safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential every day.   • Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, mechanical, or related experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on assembly of components and products according to work instructions, drawings, specifications, and established procedures.
  • Use hand tools, fixtures, equipment, and measuring devices required for assigned assembly operations.
  • Inspect your work to ensure products meet quality and workmanship standards.
  • Follow established manufacturing processes and accurately complete required production documentation.
  • Maintain attention to detail while working with small parts, components, and precision assemblies.
  • Follow all safety requirements, procedures, and applicable personal protective equipment (PPE) standards.
  • Identify and communicate quality, equipment, material, or process concerns to the appropriate team member or leader.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, Quality, Engineering, and other manufacturing support functions.
  • Participate in training and cross-training opportunities to develop additional manufacturing skills.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Demonstrate dependable attendance and consistently meet the expectations of your assigned work schedule.
