About The Position

Build precision equipment that supports life-saving medical technology. At Medical Manufacturing Technologies (MMT), we design and build advanced machinery used in the production of medical devices. We’re hiring a Mechanical Assembler I to join our team and help build high-quality, precision equipment from the ground up.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of mechanical assembly or hands-on experience preferred
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic math skills (measurements, tolerances)
• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring equipment
• Team-oriented with solid communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies into finished equipment
• Read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments (calipers, gauges, etc.)
• Inspect and verify parts meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot basic assembly issues and support testing
• Maintain accurate documentation and a clean, safe workspace
