About The Position

The Grinder Assembler Operator is responsible for producing components that meet engineering and quality standards and satisfy customer requirements. The role ensures production targets are met, maintains assigned machinery, and helps keep the warehouse clean and organized. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The position reports to the General Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of measurements, drawings, and their application.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to use, read, and understand gauging equipment such as calipers and micrometers.

Nice To Haves

• Grinding experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash and pack product from assembly lines.
• Administer job plans and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures.
• Ensure products are handled according to quality standards.
• Use gauging equipment to confirm components meet specifications.
• Produce high-quality products in line with hourly metrics.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot an assigned machine.
• Maintain assigned machinery and help keep the warehouse clean and organized.
