Assembler – Electrical/Hydraulic
About The Position
Valley Craft, a manufacturer of material handling and storage equipment since 1953 and part of the Ballymore Safety Products family, is seeking a driven Assembler – Electrical/Hydraulic II. This role involves the final assembly of company products and custom orders on a clean and well-organized production floor. Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience
- Knowledge of the metalworking industry, equipment, and processes
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Responsibilities
- Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet close tolerances and strict inspection standards
- Interpret and work from drawings and specifications
- Test and inspect assembled units
- Monitor output
- Maintain product quality standards
- Support continuous improvement, a customer-first mindset, and strict adherence to our quality processes
- Pull parts based on product needs
- Understand standard aspects of assembly
- Keep pace with production expectations
- Assist with training new employees
- Additional duties as needed
