Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Assembly experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, standard work, and quality requirements.
Comfort using calipers or other basic measuring tools.
Ability to recognize product defects and escalate concerns appropriately.
Experience supporting assembly, testing, packaging, and product traceability.
Working knowledge of SAP, electronic documentation, or similar production systems.
Mechanical aptitude, careful part handling, and commitment to clean, safe work.

Responsibilities

Perform complex assembly and testing with a high level of independence.
Set up equipment and complete single and multiple valve assembly.
Troubleshoot equipment, product, process, or test issues with limited support.
Support cleanroom testing requirements, including particle testing where applicable.
Manage materials carefully and maintain accurate traceability and production records.
Use SAP or related production systems to document work accurately.
Suggest improvements that strengthen safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.
