We’re looking for detail-oriented Assembler B to join our team in Blaine. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling both sub-components and final products, working with a variety of tools, equipment, and processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Basic math skills, including measurements and unit conversions.
Experience using hand tools such as drills, torque wrenches, calipers, and screwdrivers.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Comfortable working in an industrial environment (noise, tools, solvents, etc.).
Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Person status required).

Nice To Haves

Experience working in the Aerospace, Medical or other highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities

Assemble a variety of components and sub-assemblies to meet specifications.
Perform mechanical, electrical, and final assembly operations.
Perform riveting operators to assemble components according to specifications and quality standards.
Operate insertion and drill press equipment to install hardware components accurately and efficiently per specifications.
Work from blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
Use hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to complete assemblies.
Ensure quality and accuracy of your work throughout the process.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
Follow all safety guidelines including PPE and OSHA requirements.
Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
