About The Position

The Windows Assembler role is responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing window components according to company specifications and quality standards, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment for accurate and efficient assembly of residential or commercial windows.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with Slimline products.
  • A catalyst for change and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to bend.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read measuring tape, follow instructions, and perform basic math.
  • Skilled with hand tools and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, carpentry, construction, or assembly is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble window frames, sashes, screens, and related components following production instructions.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to cut, fit, and secure materials.
  • Measure and verify dimensions to ensure accuracy and compliance with product specifications.
  • Inspect parts and finished products for defects or quality issues; report any discrepancies.
  • Install hardware such as locks, hinges, balances, and handles.
  • Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Safely operate machinery and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output goals.
  • Perform basic maintenance or troubleshooting on assembly equipment as needed.
