About The Position

Assembler 2 ensures that all products meet quality and safety standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate has prior assembly experience, follows standards procedures with minimal supervision, and actively contributes to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

High School Diploma.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals.
Blueprint reading – Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
Tool proficiency – Skilled with hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and basic machinery.
Measurement skills – Use of calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure precision.
Good time management.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Notices small defects or inconsistencies.
Stand for extended periods (often 8–12-hour shifts).
Walk between workstations or production areas.
Bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed.
Lift and carry materials (commonly 25–50 lbs.)
Push/pull carts or equipment.
Handle small parts with precision.
Strong hand-eye coordination.
Ability to use hand and power tools repeatedly.
Fine motor skills for small or detailed components.
Perform repetitive assembly tasks.
Maintain consistent pace throughout shift.

Responsibilities
