Requirements

High School diploma and 2 or more years of relevant experience and/or education.
Related experience or ongoing advanced education (e.g. pursuing engineering degree, similar Military or vocational background, etc.) is acceptable in lieu of direct manufacturing experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance upon hire
US citizenship required

Nice To Haves

Active Secret clearance.
SAP clearances/experience are highly preferred.
Advanced education and/or experience assembling and troubleshooting RF and/or CNI systems.
J-Standard solder certification, or similar experience or certifications.
Experience with shop floor manufacturing systems (SAP, Solumina, Tableau, etc.)
Experience with ESD (electrostatic discharge) and FOD (foreign object damage) control.
Experience with CUI (controlled unclassified information) and COMSEC (communications security).
Experience with FAR, ITAR, AS9100, and/or ISO 90001 rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

Assemble and rework electronic assemblies from CCA to module and system level using common and specialized tools according to visual aids, drawings, and processes.
Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as systems, modules, and boards.
Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws.
Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
