About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring all components are correct in size, color, and order, and for assembling ballistic products according to work order specifications. The position involves data entry, scanning, visual inspection, packaging, and ensuring adherence to company safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Ability to ensure all components are correct in size, color, and order.
• Proficiency in entering data into a computer system.
• Skill in scanning ballistic panel barcodes and plates.
• Ability to verify accuracy of ballistic and information.
• Capability to assemble ballistic products following process steps according to work order specifications.
• Ability to print packaging slips.
• Skill in inserting carrier assembly into plastic bags, pasting labels, and placing carriers in boxes.
• Ability to close boxes with tape and insert packaging lists into envelopes.
• Proficiency in performing visual inspections for accuracy.
• Ability to weigh boxes and enter information into the system.
• Skill in printing shipping labels and tracking information and pasting them onto boxes.
• Ability to confirm labels match system information.
• Capability to place completed boxes on pallets.
• Attention to detail and pursuit of quality in task accomplishment.
• Adherence to company safety and quality standards.
• Maintenance of a safe and clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all components are correct in size, color, and order.
• Enters data into the computer system.
• Scans ballistic panel barcode and plate.
• Verifies accuracy of ballistic and information.
• Assembles the ballistic following the process steps according to work order specifications.
• Prints packaging slips.
• Inserts carrier assembly into the plastic bag, pastes label, and puts carrier in box.
• Closes the box with tape and inserts the packaging list into the envelope.
• Performs a visual inspection for accuracy.
• Weighs the box and enters the information into the system.
• Prints the shipping label and tracking and pastes onto box.
• Confirms label matches the information in the system.
• Places the completed box on pallet.
• Diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks.
• Responsible for working according to the company’s safety and quality standards.
• Maintains a safe and clean work area.
• Performs other related duties as required and or as assigned.
