About The Position

Assembler 1 is responsible for performing manufacturing tasks in their assigned workstation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining continuous workflow efficiency.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
No experience required.
Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
Must reside in or within commuting distance to Ontario, California.

Nice To Haves

Preferably knowledgeable on any of the following: light industrial or home improvement work, soldering, wiring, fabrication or work in a general warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

Follow safety requirements and wear the necessary PPE for the assigned workstation.
Work in a team environment and maintain production rates to ensure a continuous workflow.
Understand the steps required to complete assigned tasks and provide a brief verbal description of the operation.
Follow verbal and written instructions and accept feedback from trainers or Group Leads.
Report to the assigned workstation on time at the start of the shift and after break periods.
